Esta lista está obviamente incompleta y es absolutamente arbitraria, contiene sólo algunos de los discos más importantes de la historia del blues, si quieren rastrearlos les va a llevar un poco de tiempo ya que algunos no se consiguen o a veces hay recopilaciones que tienen otro nombre y son el mismo disco como sucede con algunos discos de blues rural, aunque ahora es probable conseguirlos buscando.-
